Cut 1/2 of a head of cabbage ( shredded)
Place the sausage in to pan and let cook on both side for a few minutes.
Take of the sausage out pan and place the Baccon greese in the pan.
Cook onions until softened then add cabbage. Once the cabbage is the pan place the garlic in the pan.
Let cook for a few minutes, then place the sausage, mustard and chicken broth to the pan, let cook down.
