Añada el resto de los ingredientes menos mantequilla y mezcle. Añada agua.
Ponga fuego alto hasta hervir, luego baje a fuego moderado, tape y hierva por 45 minutos. Añada mantequilla. Hierva destapado hasta espesar la salsa a gusto.
