Korpus na dort z pyré z vařeného pomeranče
1. Pomeranc propíchat a varit ve vode 30 minut.
2. Ve vodní lázni rozpustit kokosový olej a cokoládu, nechat vychladnout na pokojovou teplotu.
3. Vejce s tekutým (ale ne horkým) medem šlehat do peny.
4. 2. Uvarený pomeranc i s kurou rozmixovat na pyré.
(5.) Rozmixovat mandle na mouku.
6. Do vyšlehaných vajec s medem pridávat postupne tekutou cokoládu a pomerancové pyré.
7. Nakonec opatrne sterkou primíchat mandlovou mouku s hladkou moukou a sodou.
8. Prelít do dortové formy nebo muffinových košícku, péct na 170°C 35 – 40 minut (muffiny 25 – 30 min).
