Good picnic food
Preheat ovet to 392.
Dice leet and apple, then pick thyme leaves.
Combine pork, leek, apple, thyme and mustard seeds. Season.
If using 2 sheets of puff pastry, stick together with egg.
Cut into 3 strips and add meat mixture.
Use egg to seal edges, brush with egg.
Cut each strip into 2 pieces (6 total)
Score the tops and bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
Can wrap in foil and keep warm for picnic.
