Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray a 9x13 baking dish with a non-stick spray
Wash potatoes, cut in half and add to a large bowl. Clean carrots and julienne them; add to bowl. Slice mushrooms and add to bowl (optional).
Add oil, seasonings, pepper and red pepper flakes. Stir to coat.
In a large frying pan, add sausage, onion, garlic and water and cook over medium heat until sausages and onion have browned and most of the water is evaporated. Add to bowl and stir to coat.
Lastly, add green beans to bowl. Stir to mix. Empty contents into prepared baking dish.

Cover with foil and place in the oven. Bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
