Suggest a better description1. Evenly coat pork loin with salt on all sides
2. Place salted pork and seeded jalapeno rings into crock pot
3. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or until pork loin is tender and easy to pull apart
4. Remove cooked pork loin from crock pot and shred using 2 forks (uniform pieces is not important)
5. Place 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and brown meat on high heat. About 3 minutes.
6. Pour verde salsa over pork and let simmer 10 minutes until the salsa and meat are heated together.
7. Serve with rice and a side of black or pinto beans.
8. Sprinkler with fresh chopped cilantro if desired.
