Easy way to make Pork Chop and Scalloped Potatoes I use this mixture for creamed pea's ect... but that another story serve with your favorite veggie
Melt butter in sauce pan, in same pan cook onion until translucence, add flour & pepper stir until smooth.
Remove from heat add milk, bring to a boil & stir until smooth1 minute.
Sliced potatoes to the thickest that you want and layer in baking dish
pour mixture over potatoes with 1 tbs of butter
Brown Pork Chop on both sides add on top of potatoes and cover & bake in a 350 over for 30 minutes
uncover and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are done
