Suggest a better descriptionSeason pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown pork chops in a bit of oil. Remove from pan. Slice mushrooms and onion. Partially cook (don't overcook). Place mushrooms, onions, pork chops, rice, soup, and water into 9x13 pan lightly sprayed with pan spray. Bake approx 30-45 minutes at 350 until pork chops are at temperature and rice is fully cooked.
