Fry pork chops in Crisco (generous amount) in dutch oven type pan.
Remove meat from pan.
Add:
1/3 C. flour stirred and browned in grease
Add and stir until thickened like gravy:
1 can chicken broth
Add:
Sliced potatoes
Sliced carrots (mini carrots)
Diced onion
Place pork chops back in pan on top of vegetables.
Bake at 250 for 3-4 hours.
