Pork Chops
Combine flour, sage and salt. Dredge pork chops in mixture. Fry in butter until done. Melt butter and sauté onion and mushroom until soft. Slowly add cornstarch. Slowly add beef broth. Simmer until thickened. Add mustard and water. Return chops to pan and heat through.
