Easy way to Perk-Up grilled chops.
1. Preheat the grill
2. Season both sides of the chops with salt and pepper.
3. Grill to a temp of 145 degrees. Let stand for 5 minutes.
4. In a small saucepan heat the butter over medium-high heat. Add the onions and garlic and cook until tender.
5. Add the flour and stir until blended.
6. Gradually whisk in the milk making a blond roux.
7. Add the cheese and wine and heat through.
