This is fabulous with mashed potatoes and I did creamy cheese cauliflower
Mix the top seven ingredients together in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Combine water and cornstarch (depending on amount of chops, etc. and added more) and still into above ingredients. Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
At this point add your meat into sauce. (I put the sauce on these and let them sit for sometime.
You can grill these 14-16 minutes, brush on sauce last 5 minutes.
I put these in a casserole and in the oven for l - l l/2 hours on 325(F).
They were absolutely great.
I would also try this recipe with chicken.
Use your imagination and add whatever you think would be good, I think this sauce is very versatile
