1. Pre-heat oven to 350°.
2. Grease a pyrex baking pan.
3. Medallions can be cut in half to not be too thick - or leave alone and cook a little longer.
4. Season pork with adobo and place in pan.
5. Mix together the 2 soup cans and pour over pork.
6. Cook in oven for 35 minutes.
