Low carb Ninja Foodi (Pressure Cooker) pork loin with an awesome au jus

(Optional) Season and brown all sides of pork loin using the Sauté/Sear option on your Ninja Foodi (Instant Pot, etc.). Deglaze pot as needed.
Place pork loin in pot.
Spoon both cans of Cream of Mushroom soup on top of pork loin.
Add both packages of Au Jus Gravy mix on top.
Add chicken broth to pot.
Place pressure cooker lid on (make sure it's sealed).
Pressure cook on high for 35 minutes.
Turn off your Ninja Foodi (do not let is stay on "Keep Warm") for 15 minutes to naturally release pressure.
Quick release remaining pressure.
Move pork loin to plate and slice.
Spoon Au Jus gravy over pork and serve (should be plenty of gravy remaining to use however you like)
