Suggest a better description1. Soak clay pot in cold water for 20 minutes. Then drain. Place the ribs in the clay pot.
2. Mix together the onion, ginger, garlic, tomato paste, honey, wine, vinegar, sherry, and water.
3. Pour the sauce over the ribs and toss to coat them. Cover the clay pot and place in a unheated oven. Set oven to 425F. Cook for 1 hour.
4. Remove the lid, baste the ribs and season with salt & pepper. Cook uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes, basting the ribs two to three times during the cooking. Serve with rice.
