Julienne slice vegetables. Slice tenderloins lengthwise but not quite all the way through. Slice the halves lengthwise but not all the way through. Smooth the tenderloins out.
For each tenderloin, lay 8 pieces of bacon side by side in a broiling pan. Lay each tenderloin across the bacon. Brush the barbeque sauce on each tenderloin and fill with the sliced veggies. Close up the tenderloins and wrap the bacon around them.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Slice into circles. Can be served hot or room temperature.
