Suggest a better descriptionMake 1/2-inch slits on the surface of the pork; insert garlic slivers. Combine oil, salt, pepper and rosemary. Arrange tenderloins on a rack in a roasting pan, tucking tails under to make uniform thickness if necessary. Rub with oil-spice mixture. Brush with apricot. Roast in a preheated 425 degree oven until meat thermometer reaches 155 degrees (approximately 20 to 25 minutes). Remove from oven. Cover with aluminum foil and allow to stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serves 6.
