Mushroom buns
Preheat oven to 400%
Line baking sheet with foil
Rinse mushroom tops with cool water and dry thoroughly.
Place upside down on baking tray, break off stems and drizzle with melted butter. Season with salt, pepper and garlic.
Roast for 10 minutes, then flip and roast for 10 more minutes. Allow to cool and serve with burger patties and fillings.
Don't over butter the mushrooms.
