1. Saute portabellas in oil with salt and pepper for 7 minutes.
2. Add chicken, saute until done.
3. Add butter and flour, saute for 1 minute until flour is mixed. Add chicken broth, stir briskly over medium heat for 2 minutes.
4. Serve over mashed potatoes, egg noodles, or rice.
