Great way to make a great meal with a cheaper cut

Preheat oven to 300. Season roast with salt and pepper
In a baking bag, add flour, onion soup mix and water. Swish bottom of bag to
Mix all ingredients. Lay bag with opening on wide side of 9x13 baking dish. Carefully add roast, secure tie and press bag to cover roast with flour/onion mixture. Lay in dish tucking extra part of bag under roast.
Bake approximately 3 1/2 hours.
Keep the sauce as gravy!
Serving suggestions: Mashed potatoes and whole fresh green beans.
