2. Place one third of potatoes and crock pot slow cooker top with half a sausage mixture. Repeat layers. Spread remaining one third of potatoes evenly on top.
3. Whisk eggs and milk in medium bowl. Pour evenly over potatoes. Cover and cook on low 6 to 7 hours.
4. Turn off heat. Sprinkle cheese over casserole, let stand 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Total time is going to be six or seven hours. Eight hours probably
