Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350. Heat two butters in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the flour and stir until smooth. Add the milk and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until thicky bobs. Add the cheese and stir until melted and completely smooth. Season the sauce with with pepper and keep it warm over very low heat. Cook the pasta al dente (cuz that's how baby likes it ;P). Add the pasta to the cheese sauce and stir it all abouts. Put it in a glass casserole dish and throw chippy bobs on top until bubbling and golden, about 30 minutes.
