Melt butter in non-stick pan with medium heat.
Add leeks, garlic salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes or until softened.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius.
Layer leeks, potatoes and sage in a 26x34cm baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper.
Top with layer of cheese.
Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for a further 20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
