Suggest a better description1) boil potatoes until soft
2) run potatoes under cold water to cook th n peel th skin off with a knife.
3) mash potatoes until there are no lumps. Mash each potato individually to avoid large lumps. Start with one in a separate bowl. Mash while adding a little melted butter, a pinch of salt, sprinkle of paprika and all purpose seasoning and a handful of grated cheese. When this is finished add to another container.
4) preheat oven to 350 -400 degrees f
5) do this until all potatoes have been mashed and are all in one bowl.
6) butter the dish in which you wish to bake the pie then add the mashed potatoes to it.
7) after adding the potatoes, smooth the top until flat.
8) add cheese to top
9) add oregano flakes on top of pie (optional)
10) Bake until golden brown
