Easy to put together
Peel and boil potatoes until just done and cut in bite-size pieces and put in serving bow.
Add egg and onions, salt and pepper to taste.
Add mustard to mayonnaise, stir until blended, put on top of ingredients and stir until completely mixed.
Refrigerate for at least one hour.
Lightly sprinkle with paprika and serve.
