So much better than processed Hamburger Helper!
1. Heat Pressure Cooker on SEAR/SAUTE ~10 minutes.
2. Add ground meat, pepper, mustard, garlic powder and onion powder. Use a wooden spoon to mix and break up the meat until done/browned.
3. Add the macaroni, cover it completely with beef stock. Do not stir.
4. Close the pressure cooker, cook on HIGH for 5 minutes.
5. When done, Quick release the pressure.
6. Open lid, pour in milk/cream and add the cheeses. Gently stir until melted and creamy.
7. Taste test, add salt if you like.
8. Let it stand for a bit until the sauce thickens.
