Suggest a better description1) Pour warm water, sugar and yeast into large bowl
2) Add first 2 cups of flour
3) Add oil, egg and 1 yolk
4) Mix in rest of 1-1 1/4 cups of flour
5) Knead dough
6) Cover bowl and let rise for 1.5-2 hours
7) Braid Challah (makes about 2 small challahs)
8) Boil pot of water with baking soda and sugar
9) Preheat oven to 350 F
10) Dip challahs one by one into pot, 15 seconds per side (top and bottom)
11) Remove challahs onto towel as you boil them
12) Egg wash and sea salt the challahs
13) Bake challahs for 25 minutes
