Combine crushed pretzels, margarine and sugar. Reserve 1 tablespoon. Press in a 9 x 13" pan and bake 10 minutes at 400F. Cool. Mix soft cream cheese with sugar. Blend in 1 cup topping, spread on crust and let set. Combine gelatin & hot water. Add strawberries; stir well until partiallly set. Pour over cream cheese.
