Suggest a better descriptionBore 4-5 holes in the pork roast. Put half of the garlic in the holes. Brown the roast in the oil on all sides. In a blender, blend juices, cumin, salt, oregano, and remaining garlic.
Put the roast in the crock pot. Pour juice mixture over roast. Let marinade for 10 minutes. Turn the roast and let marinade for 10 more minutes.
Turn crock pot on low, cover and let cook for 8 hours. Take the roast out. Save 1 cup of the juice. Shred roast, return roast to crock pot, pour the 1 cup of juice over it and let cook for 15 more minutes.
