In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, chicken, hot sauce, ranch seasoning and ranch dressing. Lay a flatbread (work with one at a time) horizontally. fill one long end with the chicken mixture. sprinkle with shredded cheese. on the other end, spread a thin layer of cream cheese to help it seal. roll it up tightly and cut into 5 equal pieces. repeat with additional flatbreads.
place all the pieces in a greased springform pan until full. (5 flatbreads). Sprinkle with more shredded cheese.
Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes. Drizzle with more ranch dressing and hot sauce and serve immediately.
