This is a great sauce to put on smoked pork right after shredding to keep the moist and bring out great flavor. This only enhances the flavor and does not mask it.
Combine water and brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Combine with remaining ingredients. Add slowly to pulled pork while mixing. The pulled pork should be lightly and evenly coated, neither dry or soupy.
