Season the pork and put into an oven safe dish along with the passata.
Cover with a lid or tinfoil and roast for 3 hours - Check periodically and add a little bit of water if it starts getting too dry.
Shred and mix through with the tomato.
Serve with buns, lettuce and cheese.
If having on it's own / with eggs / toast you can add a tin of beans/chickpeas to it.
