In crock pot
Mix thoroughly first 6 items & rub all over pork. Marinate at least 2 hrs. Place meat in crock pot on low 10 hrs. Using 2 forks shred meat on cutting board. Discard excess fat & juice. Put back into crockpot for an additional 2 hrs in broth & BBQ sauce.
