2. Combine oats, brown sugar, salt, baking powder, and pumpkin pie spice.
3. Then, add pumpkin, oil (or butter), milk, and vanilla.
4. Whip the eggs just a bit in a small bowl, and then pour into the rest of the mixture.
5. Pour into a greased 9×13 pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes. If you’re using a glass pan, bake time will be longer.
