One of my mom's best recipes
Beat eggs, pumpkin,sugar, and oil.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
Mix well.
Pour into a 1/2 sheet cake pan.
It will be really full.
Bake at 350 for 25 min.
Cool and frost.
Frosting
3 ounces softened cream cheese
1/4 cup softened butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until creamy. Then add 2 cup powdered sugar.
