Excellent cookie recipe for Fall and Holidays
Cream sugar and shortening
Add Pumpkin and Egg
Combine flour, cinnamon and salt mix into creamed mixture slowly
Mix in Butterscotch Morsels, walnuts and Raisins
Drop onto I greased cookie sheet
Bake at 375 Degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
Cool cookies and then frost with Carmel Icing
Place in containers with wax paper between layers
Tuck in an apple slice to keep moist...or a slice of bread
