Preheat oven to 425?. Lighly grease 9 in sq. cake pan.
Combine dry ingred.
Beat eggs w/pumpkin and sour cream and 7 T. butter until smooth. Stir in dry ingred until smooth.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Brush top w/remaining T. of butter. Bake until golden brown, 15-20 min. Serve warm.
