Pumpkin Cranberry Muffins
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a muffin tin with paper liners, set aside.
In a small bowl, combine flour, pumpkin spice, salt and baking soda. Set aside.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar, until well mixed. Add the pumpkin and oil and combine well.
Stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened.
Fold in the cranberries and nuts.
Fill the tins evenly and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
