Add vanilla, cream, coconut milk, and egg whites.
Beat with a hand mixer on high for three minutes.
Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat over medium-high heat. Stir constantly for three minutes.
Transfer pudding to individual dessert bowls; cool to room temp for 15 minutes.
Refrigerate pudding for one hour. Garnish as desired to serve.
