Rice cereal coated in chocolate and sugary goodness
Measure cereal into large seal-able bowl.
Combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high for one minute and stir. Continue microwaving in 30 second intervals until creamy. Do not over-microwave or chocolate will burn. Add vanilla when chocolate mix is melted and creamy.
Pour chocolate mix over cereal and stir until VERY well-coated.
Sprinkle powdered sugar over the cereal. Seal bowl and shake. Add more sugar and shake as necessary until coated.
