Suggest a better descriptionMelt chips, peanut butter and butter. Stir until well blended. Pour over Rice Chex; mix well. Place coated cereal in a large container with a tight lid along with powdered sugar and shake well until cereal is coated with powdered sugar and shake well until cereal is coated with powdered sugar. Kids as well as adults love this snack; even though it does look like puppy chow!
