Place cereal in a large bowl. Pour sauce over cereal, stirring as your pour to make sure cereal is well coated.
When cereal is cool, place cereal and confectioners sugar in a ziploc bag, making sure bag is securely sealed. Coat cereal evening by shaking it together with the sugar. Store in airtight bags or containers.
