In saucepan over medium heat melt butter, sugar, honey, salt.
Stir until sugar dissolves
Simmer 2-3 minutes
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla
Cool Slightly
Combine oats and cereal.
Allow to fully cool before mixing in chocolate chips.
Line cookie sheet with plastic wrap and spread mix evenly with rolling pin.
Set at room temp before cutting.
