Lots of cheese-tenderize chops first
Melt butter, brown pork until nearly done. Remove. Add onions, bell pepper and sauté until tender. Lower heat, add cream, water and cilantro. Simmer a few minutes to reduce liquid.
In baking dish, spray with Pam, then ladle in sauce.
Sprinkle with cheese, lay chops on top.
Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes. Spoon sauce over chops and serve.
