Suggest a better descriptionIn a large pot combine the tomato sauce, beans and chilli powder. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add two cans of water (tomato sauce cans). Brown hamburger meat and onion. Add salt, pepper, and garlic salt to the meat. Add the meat to the sauce and continue simmering until hot and ready to serve.
