Suggest a better descriptionArrange chicken pieces in single layer, skin side up in baking pan. SAUCE: Mix remaining ingredients together. Spoon over chicken making sure to get some on every piece. Cover. Bake in 350F oven for 1 hour until tender. Serves 4 QUICK CHICK CURRY: Mix in 2 tsp. curry powder with above sauce. QUICK CHICK ORANGE: Use orange marmalade instead of apricot jam.
