1. Cook green pepper in butter until tender.
2. Add coup and stir to blend.
3. Gradually add milk. Gently stir in remaining ingredients.
4. Heat until sauce is bubbling and flavors are blended.
5. Serve in patty shells, on toast, rice, Chinese noodles, or biscuits.
Makes 8 servings, 3/4 cup each.
