Suggest a better description1. In a Dutch Oven cook and stir carrots and onion and salt in hot butter for 2 minutes.
2. Sprinkle flour over the mixture; slowly stir in the milk. Cook until mixture starts to thicken.
3. Add the corn, stock, chicken, pimiento and pepper. Bring mixture to a slow boil; reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
4.. Adjust seasoning and serve.
