Cook quinoa & paprika according to pkg directions. Stir in can of kidney beans & 1 cup salsa. Divid mixture among 8 softened tortillas; fold up. Top burritos with 1/2 cup salsa and 1 cup shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
