Great salad - easy
1. Wash and rinse quinoa. In saucepan, bring quinoa and water to a boil Decrease heat to simmer and let cook til water absorbed about 10-15 min. Cool
2. Whisk olive oil, lime juice, cumin and red pepper flakes.
3. Combine quinoa, beans, tomatoes and onions in large bowl
4. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss in cilantro. Season with salt and pepper
